Facilitating strong relationships,
productive workplaces
and collective achievement.

Work is getting more complex. The environmental, social and economic considerations are changing the way we need to come together, make decisions and solve problems.
It’s hard.

At LinkSides, we bring humanity to how we connect with each other and help guide individuals, teams and organizations to succeed. We’re looking forward to working together to make work easier.

OUR MISSION

Bringing people together to share diverse perspectives and achieve collective success.

The purpose of successful facilitation is a shared collaborative goal or outcome.
We achieve this by harnessing the knowledge of the group, resolving conflict and encouraging forward-moving collective success. We bring our values which form the foundation for how we come together and achieve results.

What is important

Our goal at LinkSides is to create experiences where every person feels valued, connected and fully able to contribute to collaborative solution finding.

  • A. Leake | BC Hydro

“In her work for us, Toby was highly effective at anticipating and preparing materials to meet First Nations needs and interests, coordinating project team efforts to prepare for several meetings and preparing documentation to summarize outcomes. She built trust with the communities through transparency and consistency and was effective at managing expectations of the project team, ensuring we were able to build on the trust to meet our objectives. Her strengths revolve around empathy and clear communication, balancing being direct and fearless with being compassionate and patient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for future facilitation and process planning roles.”

  • K. Frankish | CWB Welding Foundation

“I collaborated with Toby to create a series of roundtable discussions at the end of a government-funded project, with the intention of obtaining feedback from partner organizations and participants and sharing best practices. Toby’s thoughtful approach to defining deliverables, ensuring accessibility and creating safe and supportive spaces for discussion was evident from the start. In addition, Toby’s facilitation skills ensured those participating in the roundtable discussions were engaged and felt their contributions were valued.”
